Tournament Registration Fee's

If the weather or the effects of weather forces a cancellation or partial cancellation of the tournament your team was scheduled to play in, you will be reimbursed 100% of the pre-paid, non-refundable  registration fee, up to a maximum coverage amount. Please see the Certificate of Insurance/Policy for terms, conditions and exclusions. 

Policies must be purchased at least 14 days prior to the start of the event!

With Event Cancellation Team Coverage, teams (or individual participants) can choose to insure their registration fee to a tournament which guarantees they receive 100% value for what they registered for. If the event is cancelled prior to the start of the tournament, for a weather related event, the team will receive 100% of the non-refundable registration fee back to them. If the tournament is forced to cancel after it has started, the refund for an insured team will be based on the game guaranteed for the tournament vs. the number of games the insured team has played.
